Meet the Founders
Domus Lending was founded by cousins Maxi Extrakt and Paul Garzon, who have spent years financing real estate investors across South Florida.
We are a balance sheet lender. The money we lend is our own, which means there is no warehouse line setting our credit box and no takeout investor whose guidelines your deal has to fit. When you call, you are talking to the people who decide.
That is what makes a three to four day close possible. Not a process improvement, but a structural one: nothing leaves the building for approval.
We lend in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, on residential non-owner-occupied property, from one million to ten million dollars. We stay inside that box because knowing a market well is what lets you move quickly in it.
How We Work
A Straight Answer
If your deal does not work for us, you will hear that the same day. A fast no is worth more to you than a slow maybe.
Speed That Is Structural
Three to four days from terms to funding. We can hold a hard closing date because no one outside this office has to sign off.
Partnership Mindset
We look at the asset and the exit, not a credit score. If we see something in your deal worth flagging, we will tell you.
